EN EL MUNDO YA NO EXISTEN PERSONAS- THE WORLD DOES NOT BELONG TO THE PEOPLE ANY MORE

No sé si quiero.

THE WORLD DOESN´T BELONG TO THE PEOPLE ANY MORE…

Just to little andoid or Smartphone devises which have legs. Nobody seems to care about the real world. They act kind a heedlessly, don´t interact with the people that soround them. There is only life on the screen of their small computer, wich has become the sixth finger of their hand…

These humanoids, who live in a virtual planet, mingle among us (or, more accurately, we mingle among them); the same way demonds, for the korowai tribe of Irian Jaya, take on the the shape of a human being, they have also a human appearance. This reminds me of a TV series of the 60´s that in Spain was titled somerthing like “The invading enemies”. On that series, those aliens coming from the outer space could only be identified by the fact that they could not bend their little finger. Instead of that, you can recognise these new aliens by ther fact that, if they drop their mobile phone, they start screaming in despair; they feel lost and astray (they would´ve rather lost both legs; without them they can still live, not without the mobile phone). Someone should tell them it isn´t that serious. Someone should tell them there is life a meter away from the screen of their android and explain to them that, if they tried to comunicate by using the weird method of speaking or by exchanging glances with those who are next to them, they might realize that the world is still there…

Someone told me one day that I would be killed by a lelous husband at the age of 120 years old (joke, ha, ha…). I don´t konow if I want. I don´t mean being killed by a jelous husbund, but living that long. The future I forsee doesn´t belong to the human beings any more, but to the computers. They will control our lives.

We use to say that this society we live in is a lonesome people maker. What can we expect if we only interact with a tiny handy computer.

From today, I state human kind an endengered specie.

(This thought came to my mind while I was walking along a crowded street of Chengdu, in China, among hundreds of people who moved like automata and did not crash into me because they must be equipped with some kind of sensor system, like those robot- like-lawnmowers we use in our gardens. Or may be by simple instinct. Too bad, we are following suit)

Sorry those who take the hint…
